So Plinky prompts kinda suck, so I’ve decided to be more awesome than they are. Janet and I regularly entertain ourselves at work by sending lists to each other. This is one that took many months creating.

You know you’ve worked in an office too long when….
10) Getting a version of Microsoft Office from this decade is exciting news
9) Receiving a date stamp that no longer boasts “19____” is a big deal
8 ) You love dealing with belligerent clients because you know the lawyers you work for will jack up their fees
7) You’ve learned how to eat and exponentially expand your wardrobe in less than 45 minutes
6) 90% of the people you pass on the street downtown smile and wave (in a city of 2 million people and counting)
5) You’ve noticed a high turnover and print off a list of inter-office phone numbers every morning just to make sure you’re still on it
4) You know what sort of crap Grand & Toy sells you and the position they like to rape you in when you buy said office supply
3) You know that “RUSH!” means yesterday
2) You regularly position your zombie dolls on your desk so they’re doing new things (they’re doing the MONSTER MASH today)

AND MY VERY FAVORITE

1) You (unwittingly) make explosion sound effects when stapling papers.
